James boasts a wealth of experience having played in the MFL for many years, for Racing Clyb Warwick, Studley, Alcester Town and more recently, including in the Hellenic league for FC Stratford. With well over 200 competitive appearances, and with experience as captain and Player Manager, James brings plenty of experience to the side.

Having taken time away from Saturday football for the last couple of seasons, featuring for our Sunday side, he has featured in both pre season friendlies to date, starting and captaining both games.

Assistant Manager Ashley Banner said of the signing "James is a great addition for us. He brings plenty of experience and can help as we look to push on again this season. He's looked great in the two games so far, and is a great voice at training. He will help to bring along the younger lads we have in the squad, and look forward to working with him this season."
